POSTER SUBMITTAL INFORMATION |
We are currently accepting posters for this year's conference
in Seattle, Washington, October 28-30, 2009. We are looking for posters
which are educational in nature and focus on innovative techniques and current
research rather than marketing. If you are interested in submitting a poster,
please use the online poster submission form link.
Poster space is free and each poster presenter will receive $125 off the three-day registration price or a one-day pass
to the conference. The posters will be up for three days, April 1-3,
2009. We will notify poster submitters as soon as possible regarding the status
of their submittal. Poster selection is subject to approval. |

Requirements for Poster Submittals:

Deadline for poster presentations is September 25, 2009

Early poster presentation submittal is strongly encouraged
-
Size limit - Poster may not be larger than 4 x 4 feet
-
Poster must be wall mountable or free standing (i.e., easel)
