Head east on E Del Mar Blvd. toward S Arroyo Parkway (269 ft.)
Turn right at S Arroyo Parkway (.1 mile)
End at 400 S Arroyo Parkway.

FROM BURBANK AIRPORT

1. Start out going EAST on W EMPIRE AVE toward N AVON ST.
2. Turn LEFT onto N LINCOLN ST.
3. Turn SLIGHT RIGHT onto N SAN FERNANDO BLVD.
4. Merge onto I-5 S toward LOS ANGELES.
5. Merge onto CA-134 E toward GLENDALE / PASADENA.
6. Take the Orange Grove Blvd/Colorado Blvd exit
7. Merge onto W Colorado Blvd (signs for Colorado Blvd)
8. Turn RIGHT at S Arroyo Pkwy/CA-110
9. Make a U-turn at Evanston Pl.

FROM LOS ANGELES INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT (LAX)

1. Head SOUTH on World Way toward W Way
2. Take the ramp onto CA-1/S Sepulveda Blvd
3. Take the ramp onto I-105 E
4. Take the exit onto I-110 N toward Los Angeles
5. Continue on CA-110 N (S Arroyo Parkway)

FROM POINTS EAST (via CA-210 W)

1. CA-210 W becomes I-210 W.
2. Take the exit toward Marengo Ave/Fair Oaks Ave
3. Merge onto Maple St (signs for CA-110)
4. Turn LEFT at N Marengo Ave
5. Turn RIGHT at Evanston Pl
6. Turn RIGHT at S Arroyo Pkwy/CA-110 N

FROM POINTS WEST (via Hwy 101 S)

1. From Hwy 101 S, keep LEFT to take CA-134 E toward BURBANK / GLENDALE.
