WALKING FROM Downtown Seattle Transit Tunnel
Get off the bus at University Street Station, and take the 2nd Avenue exit
Walk downhill on University Street, and continue down the stairs and under the Viaduct
Turn right at the waterfront, and the Aquarium will be on your left after two blocks.
DRIVING FROM Seattle-Tacoma International Airport (SEA)
Follow the signs for WA-518 and WA-509
Take WA-518 W (signs for WA-509 and Burien)
Take the second exit and merge onto WA-509 N
After 5 miles the road crosses the Duwamish Waterway and becomes WA-99 N; keep going
After 4½ miles, take the Seneca Street exit, and turn right at 1st Avenue
Take the first right, for Madison Street
At the end, turn right on Alaskan Way
After 5 blocks, the Aquarium will be on your left, and parking (meters and the Pike Place Market garage) is on the right.
DRIVING FROM Points North, via I-5 S
Take exit 165B to merge onto Union Street
Turn left at 2nd Avenue
Turn right at Madison Street
At the end, turn right on Alaskan Way
After 5 blocks, the Aquarium will be on your left, and parking (meters and the Pike Place Market garage) is on the right.
DRIVING FROM Points South, via I-5 N
Take exit 164A for James Street/Dearborn Street, towards Madison Street
Keep right as the road forks, follow signs for Madison Street and merge onto 7th Avenue
Turn left at Madison Street
At the end, turn right on Alaskan Way
After 5 blocks, the Aquarium will be on your left, and parking (meters and the Pike Place Market garage) is on the right.
DRIVING FROM Points East, via I-90 W
Take exit 2C for I-5 N
After 1 mile, take exit 164A for James Street/Dearborn Street, towards Madison Street
Keep right as the road forks, follow signs for Madison Street and merge onto 7th Avenue
