INFORMATION FOR 2008 TEXAS WATER QUALITY CONFERENCE PRESENTERS

The Northwest Environmental Training Center is seeking presentation proposals for the 2009 Texas Water Quality Conference to be held May 20 - 22, 2009 in San Antonio, Teaxs. This exciting and informative meeting will address the issues and discuss the technology of the quality and supply of our world's most valuable resource - water.

We are seeking presentations on the tracks listed below related to managing supply; detecting, monitoring, and remediating contamination; and water regulations.

Track 1 - Groundwater
Track 2 - Surface Water
Track 3 - Municipal Water
Track 4 - Agricultural Water
Track 5 - Estuaries, Bays, and Wetlands

Proposal Information:

- Proposals will be reviewed and accepted on a continual basis - early submittal is strongly encouraged.
- Each presentation will be approximately 30 minutes and will be followed by time for questions and discussion.
- Each confirmed speaker is invited to attend the entire conference for free as our honored guest.
- We prefer that speakers at least attend the full day of their presentation to give continuity to the conference.
