Cancellation Policy: Registration fees are fully refundable up to 30 days prior to the event and 50 percent refundable (or 100% credit) thereafter up to 3 business days prior to the event. No refunds are issued for cancellations occurring less than 3 business days before the start day. Course registration fees and cancellation policy are subject to change without notice.

Restrictions on Travel Reimbursement Due to Cancelled Events: By registering for a Northwest Environmental Training Center (NWETC) event, the registrant agrees to these terms: The Northwest Environmental Training Center (NWETC) assumes no financial liability for travel costs incurred by course registrants due to cancelled events (workshops, conferences, or retreats), provided that NWETC gives notice of workshop cancellation (by phone - including leaving a voicemail, or by email) greater than 14 calendar days prior to the first day of the workshop. Therefore, for their own protection, all workshop participants are strongly encouraged to make travel arrangements less than 14 days prior to the first day of the event to ensure that their travel costs will be reimbursed in the event NWETC cancels the workshop during that 14 calendar day period. No other reimbursement for travel expenses is expressed or implied. For example, if NWETC cancels a workshop 15 calendar days prior to the first day of an event and provides notification to registrants via phone or email on that day, the registrant is fully responsible for 100% of any financial losses due to any travel arrangements made because these travel arrangements would have been made greater than 14 days prior to the first day of the workshop, the workshop was cancelled greater than 14 calendar days prior to the first day of the class, and notice was provided to the registrant.
