Description:

Artificial intelligence is changing how professionals work — but for many, it remains more buzzword than tool. This two-day course closes that gap, giving participants a clear, practical foundation in AI with no technical background required.

Over two days, participants move from core concepts to real-world application: understanding how AI tools actually work, learning to prompt and use them effectively, and building the judgment to apply AI responsibly in their own roles. Rather than abstract theory, the course centers on hands-on practice — participants work directly with leading AI tools, tackle real workplace scenarios, and leave with a personal plan for putting AI to use immediately.

Whether you're brand new to AI or looking to move from casual use to confident, informed application, AI-201 provides the foundation to do so with clarity and confidence.

Intended Audience:

Professionals in any field who want a solid, practical foundation in AI — no technical background required. Ideal for those looking to move from "AI-curious" to confidently AI-capable.
